A friend of mine told his dad to return the HD-DVD player he got for xmas along with like 4-5 HD movies because of this. Everything wasn't even opened yet so they got kinda lucky in returning them but definitely if you can you mine as well and invest that money in a PS3 or PC BR add-on.
Listen to Mighty_Douche. DD isn't anywhere near close to being the new standard. Not only do old people not know wtf is going on but people like having HARD COPIES. IT's a material world we live in and people like having stuff that they can see/feel/sell/trade. Most people don't even have a proper internet connection for DD to do any damage to the DVD/BR market.
Assasins is the biggest overrated game of 2007...game sucks.
Too many good ones and this one will be one of the best...can't wait till all of you wake up when this game comes out. IT's going to be a triple A explosion of greatness.

IF theres one thing M$ doesn't have in the console war...it's longevity. The 360 will be the first dead next-gen console and be replaced by something else, original xbox anyone? History repeats itself...you can't go strong on a pile of crap piece of hardware for too long.
