When you consider that it is controlling background software and what not so the main cpu/ram don't have to, it means more resources available for gaming. So better gaming was the reason it was put in..

As a great piece of hardware I bet it gets a 10, I agree that this should purely be focused on hardware. It is great priced tech, and honestly if people are looking to play the cool multiplats at first it does the best job of that because of it's strong GPU...

I agree with you completely and I think devs should take your advice, but I don't think he is saying art style or gameplay style are not important. I think he is just saying 1080p is very hard to get for graphically intensive games, thus having it in 1080p is showing the next gen power of it.

Honestly, I can see x1's launch games being better overall. That's not the only reason to buy a console, because there is no doubt in my mind that Sony's first party devs can put out the top games in the future. It just appears to me that the x1 has the top quality launch titles, however the reviews will show us if they really are. I'm not trying to take anything away from Killzone sf though, it still looks fantastic to me.

You're right and devs are wrong. I think instead of listening to the devs making the games we should listen to decrypt, no point in reading articles anymore. If anyone has a further question about this subject direct it toward decrypt because he doesn't drink "sony cool aid" and he knows more than devs...

As far as we know the failure rate could be worse for the xbone... And I never heard sony deny it, of course they know it could happen.
