Depends on the individual , as for me am not a Sony consumer of any kind so Rift may be the one i get into .
Good move going steam exclusive now i don't have to support the game or developer.

Why they can just up the Ante ON their partnership deals w/ Rift or HTC VIVE. till Hololens been made consumer ready.

If not for them we would still be running to stores to play arcade Games. My point is am not worried cause Nintendo will Find its way back ,as for uncertainties it's the first time Nintendo has endured such a period .
@Darkkent Personally the whole fk industry from publishers, to developers, to hardware makers can go up in smoke for all i care . Also what is my supported console losing in a field they don't have a horse in , is you that is hurt cause your consoles venture into VR will fail while those other are successful .
If Nintendo had not saved the industry those other two would have never contemplated their venture into gaming . So what if it was 30 odd year ago , Lincoln wrote all great speech, FDR declared war , Nancy Regan said No to Drugs the point is if not for them things would not be what they are today.

That's the thing , the division is new and in its own league with a story and gameplay that can go either way . Also like in politics the Popular vote doesn't mean anything ultimately its the Electoral College (AKA sale)that wins
In regards to your comment mine was more about the price undercutting tactic they used. As for who they are , what upgrades or downgrades done to the item i could careless for either. Its about stating what gets lost such as underhanded moves or making sure people don't put them on a grand pedestal they don't deserve. As for unpunished thing can't punish people for having different views .
