Then you have a less than perfect game, these games have never been perfect. They have delivered a great games , fun games , a game worth having and knowing they have done that game after game am okay with that. Besides like others have stated perfect is Myth .
Great concept , but I would rather that you create a GTA where you don't need to have all 50 states but allow the story to commit crimes in LA, NYC, Chicago , Boston using fast travel or Airport cut scenes from a Mob enforcer point of view . now that would be cool.
