I preferred the wired version in the hands, but not enough to stay wired. However, I think somewhere between the X360 and GC controller would be the best.
The form of the GC is near perfect... However, the B/Z buttons and C stick could be better. The B button should've been a third "bean" like the early prototypes. The Z button should be larger and have a mirror on the left side. The C stick should have been full sized.
Right idea, but there's a better solution. Buy rechargeable AA's. (Avoid something restricted to one device.) The initial investment of replacing everything in the house can be substantial, but it's well WELL worth it. Decent rechargeables can last for years compared to a few weeks with the traditional type.
More money for games.
As an old Frequency/Amplitude junky... I'm looking forward to this.
