Zelda BotW, Mario Odyssey, Assassin's Creed Origins, Wolfenstein 2, God of War. Just a small number of the single player games that have released over the last few months but there are more and long may it continue.

Nah I don't really think X1X is a threat. It's not the hardware that sells games, it's games that sell hardware and it's this area that Microsoft are lacking big time

Building an infrastructure? How long have they been in the industry now? It's not like they're new and are having to build up trust and reputation from scratch.
Having said that after the disaster of the X1 launch and the dismal way they treated their fans I think it's exactly what they're doing. They want to control the industry and it backfired

This is the thing, I've never seen any issues either. I guess they're catching all the bugs before they cause problems. Since it happens in the background I'm not too bothered by the patches although I don't think I've ever known a game be patched so frequently 😂
