if this would happen then there is the possibility for them to argue over revenue split, who gets the money then? Sony or Microsoft... they would have to split it 50-50 which i know for a fact won't fly with these two behemoths...

ok the only reason i'm disappointed is because there is a HUGE difference between the E3 initial video than these screenshots... I know that the E3 video was just CG but still, this is radically different

MS has played everyone with garbage hardware and a whole bunch of "tack-on expenses" truthfully... the 360 is outdated. Sony hit it on the head with the ps3, and now look at the 360, they're going to need blu-ray capabilities, standard wifi, and free online to even have a whim of hope for their system to stay alive... now look who's on their knees.
