Plex isn't free on Xbox One either.. I would know, I use it. The fact that it's on PS4 at all is a bit surprising to me. This isn't decided by Sony, its Plex who charges for their service. Another terrible story with no idea what they're talking about.
I'm still playing it too. Its extremely fun if you have friends to play with.
8.0 is too high. The only thing in this package that reliably works is singleplayer campaign. Coop campaign online is broken too... disconnects almost immediately for me as soon as the first missions loads up.
