Sony and twitch will be fine, if parents wanted to micromanage what's acceptable and not acceptable for there child there are restriction options in the console settings and you can actually block apps, games and services from being used by a child.

Was watching the spartan show guy become famous on twitch last night. It was a pretty amazing thing to be apart of. He got over 5K viewers at one point and was taking calls. PS4 is such a amazing console and the twitch broadcast option is golden.
