Seems like you would be able to have a save file at level 19 w/ neutral karma, and then do the specific crap to get either good or bad karma and then level to 20. Knocks those 3 out without having to beat the game several times.
If that wouldn't work, please correct me so I don't get all excited to play again.

in regards to your opinion on fallout 3.
In this day and age there have been incredible advancements in the video game industry. if fallout 3 came out and was another isometric rpg, then only the original fans wouldve played it.
You wanna talk about mishandled franchises, look at Silent Hill, namely origins and homecoming.
looks fun, definitely gonna pick it up, but I just wish it would get back to the survival-horrorness of the Resi's of old. It just another 3rd person action game :/
