I'm waiting till the Vita version comes out. This is one of my favorite types of game to play on handhelds.
The US is much larger than the UK. Many more people wanting them.

I am all for a 4k console, but at that point you're not talking about a PS4.5 you're talking about PS5. That is a huge jump. It would be great for VR though.
I'm assuming you'll start seeing more and more players as you get closer to the center considering everyone is flying to the same point. I'm hoping it will become more multiplayer oriented the closer you get. It would be very interesting if the game slowly shifted from a single player to a multiplayer experience towards the end.

I almost never play mine and now that Quantum Break is coming to PC I don't see myself playing it for quite some time. Do they even have any exclusives other than Forza? Scalebound looks cool I guess.
I could probably do it if I bought another gtx980, so I guess I can afford it. I don't want to though.
I don't get the point of any endgame. You grind and grind on the same levels you've already played to get better gear to be able to grind better. Repeat forever. Usually when I get to that point and I've already consumed all the content the game has I move on to something else.
I would have rathered something new, but I guess this will do.

If you watch the video it says that it renders the effects in 720 while the overall image is output in 1080.

It will have it day one. VR porn is basically a video file. As long as it has a setting to play 180 degree VR videos it will have porn.

If money is the only issue, you're right. If overall quality of the experience is your key issue you're better off with the Rift or Vive.
From what I've read it seems they're only planning on updating the Blueray drive to play UltraHD Blueray discs. I don't think a souped up version of the PS4 is ever going to come out. It would certainly be nice for VR though.
