Funny thing about this is when I called my local gamestop and asked for the game I was told they were not allowed to sell the game before release date because if they did they would get fined. If this is true everyone in that store should be fired and fined.heh
It's like the article also states " xbox live shouldn't be for kids" Yet parents still allow it. All I have to say is here is to another lawsuit. If parents don't want their kids knowing about homosexuality then why the hell are they in xbox live in the first place? Developers are just F'ing lazy and prefer the easy way out rather then learn something new. They need to get off their high horse and start making great games that's what they are paid for.

40 minutes? Dude wth are you stealing internet to play online? Cause it took me about 2 minutes to download and less then a minute to install. If it takes many of you longer then 5 minutes you all have crappy internet. Maybe upgrade your internet( because dial-up is the past not the future. So before you complain about how long it took you to download you should like at your internet provider or better yet get one.
As a female who has upgraded her HD with no problems and this dude has a problem damn that is SAD.

I agree nothing is exclusive, yet I will not be buying this game so I could care less about the DLC. Its just another way to have people got out and buy the 360. Which I won't do.
