THQ had the UFC gameplay down, a couple things needed fixing. Ea has the presentation but the gameplay is lacking:
- Every fighter uses same moves
- Stamina system is horrible
- Rocked system needs to be fixed a bit (I rocked the guy and he stumbles to the ground, I get on top and he just kicks me off)

I don't think it will be used much if barely at all. It will be like the kinect and be like Rare where Sony will turn their studios into VR stduios.
I think it will only be useful for simulators and horror games more than normal FPS shooters, there is also the concern of motion sickness
You are right about it being a superior console when it comes to power, but in the games department it is lacking right now, unless you count indies. Xbox doesn't either but their exclusives interest me more. The PS4 has a ton of games that are better graphically than the gameplay.
Also, console power won't mean much because they won't completely gimp the competitions version.

DriveClubs car detail can not touch Forza 5's, that is the gem of the game. It also has 5x as many cars, and way more realistic driving, and full customization, and let's not forget its actually 60fps
