I think it's just a matter of taste, if you like the fanchise, buy it, if not, just look for another game. We are blessed with one of the most prolifics gens so far.

I think Sony deserves a point here. They trusted on ND and bet togheter. Sony could just say "hey, give us another Uncharted, we don't wanna risk."

Sometimes is cool just to play the same old franchise, but sometimes a new taste coming from an experienced dev is worthy the risk! The proof is TLOU and I believe that Horizonwill do the same again.

I don't understand the surprise over Sony winning the videogame market. If we check the last 4 generations, 3 consoles from Sony were the best selling: PS1, PS2, Wii and now PS4.
The brand is very strong inside this market, even those are not into gamming know the term Playstation.
IMO the problem is not that XboxOne is selling bad, Actually its sellig very well, but PS4 sells even better.
I agree with you bmwfanatic, these companies are there to make money, and us as consumers to buy what pleases us most.
About the batman deal our friend said. Well not always the console company "put money" to have the maketing rights, specially when the console dealing is the very far leader on the market. It's of the devs interest to have the leader promoting its material. Basic business logic.

Yep, WB is really putting some serious games in the market, specially for the owners of PS4, as it is being treated as the mais plataform by the softhouse.
The only mistake made was the "specialized" press trying to ruin this innitative.
