In fallout when you shot someone with a hunting rifle (w/ the right perks of coarse) they exploded into bits of hamburger sized meat. That would not fit the theme of TES so I'm glad there will be less violence in comparison. That being said, I love gore, but when it's appropriate for the game and tasteful. (i.e. LIMBO)
Just like oblivion :]
By the time PS3 got it the huge issues were ironed out.
A wish in one hand and a fish in the other?
Though I do admit that carp isn't my favorite either.
Pete Hines in one of his twitter comments just said “We don’t ever specify what platform screens or footage comes from. It’s usually a mix.”

New Vegas was from Obsidian.
Oblivion played great on both consoles, I preferred the controller for 360 more but I never noticed any difference between the two. granted, I never put them side to side, but who does that anyway?(journalists and fanboys excluded)
My bad I posted the same thing twice.
Touch sensitive on the controller?
No. Then I will end up brushing it all the time. the touch sensitive power and disk for 360S is annoying enough. What's wrong w/ buttons?
even enslaved.
Sony did it with rumble features in controllers a while back.
All the big companies have been fickle at some point or another.

Um. Felecia day?
Zero, Are you.. a red head?
In one interview they were talking about it and they said both should be on one disc. Oblivion was on the edge because sounds used to take more space but compression is much better now.
I can't wait!
Where else can I punch a dragon in the face? :D

I've been ripped off by CE's too, but not by bethesda, so I reserved mine in hope that it is worth it because Elderscrolls have been in my game library since I started gaming. And If they let me down then I will know better next time (lionhead I'm talking to you).
I'm assuming, like speed increasing when you increase agility, hand-to-hand damage will increase when you choose to increase your health when you level up.
It would make sense that the warriors (the ones who increased health each level) would be the best in a fist fight.
