Unless it's an exaggerated rumor about how the neXtbox will be the second coming of jesus.. that's when rumors are legitimate news and everyone should accept it?
I could use both Keyboard and Mouse & Controllers when it comes down to a good majority of games.. I guess that makes me a swiss army knife
I'll definitely check this out
Haha sheesh, that is a ton of memory.
I'm probably late to the party on this one but: I'm happy that the 3DS has picked up over the course of time. I know that there was a lot of commotion early on about poor sales, but it seems to be on the right track now.
TL;DR edition: " Ouya doesn't have expensive components and allowing a market that is open to developers is bad "
The fact of the matter is Bettner is right.. both him and Tim Schafer understand that these type of devices will continue coming out now. The idea of having an open marketplace may not seem like a bright idea to you.. but it is great to those who bought the device with the mindset that a good majority of the content will be free to play.
In terms of entertainment you say?.. I mean it sure isn't entertaining to me when you expect me to pay an annual subscription, plus additional fees for these services on top of my already expensive broadband fee.
I have nothing against Microsoft.. but it seems like they all they could do these days is play the "our device is better" argument.. Whether it be in smartphones, tablets or even in plain OS format, they haven't offered anything that surpasses or is...
When I read that it would be at the Hemmerstein Ballroom, I immediately heard Joey Styles go " OH MYYY GAWDDDDDD " along with a wave of ECW chants pass through my head.. lol
Kinect was required due the neXtbox being an all "menu-sensor-menu".. If it is based on the Windows 8 OS, I could imagine that they'd think that forcing you to use the Kinect to browse through it would be the best possible experience with it (kind of like how it is with W8 on PC's witch Touchscreen).
So it's either mandatory broadband or mandatory kinect.. even if they are just rumors it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth
Preparing a bunch of overpriced DLC -Trollface-
Did it ever occur to anyone that IF Sony went out of business they would just sell the PlayStation ownership to another corporate giant.. I mean you can't possibly think that if Sony was in such situation that someone like Google or Apple, (or any other billion dollar corporation) wouldn't be interested in acquiring such a thing?.
Honestly I think it's wrong. I think this entire process they went through to convince people that this Rayman "experience" was the type of experience you can only get on the Wii U.. They screwed Nintendo over and those who bought a Wii U thinking this was the only way to play this game.
Obivously they aren't going to say "LOL YEAH ITS TRUE WE WANT TO DRM U 2 DEATH".. We'll find out soon enough what is what with these next gen devices
I wouldn't be shocked if this was true.. I mean it seems like we were doomed to go into this direction sooner or later..
Talk about a severe case of DRM
What a beast
Well I'll definitely keep a lookout for this one
Utter madness.
