I don't think DRM is gone for good.. their future still relies on cloud computing.
I was just wondering that.. so what if check-in's are gone?.. you are still going to need internet to play their cloud games.
Nothing. It means they are both on an equal playing field, while Xbox One is the more expensive one of the two.
I still find it weird that they were basically saying that DRM was needed.. and now they are saying it isn't?, it seems like a bait and switch tactic.
So first DRM was needed and now it isn't?.. that doesn't make sense. They are obviously showing how much of a bait-and-switch game they are playing here.
The price tag will be the difference maker.
I don't understand.. what has changed in the policy that confirms this "backpadeling". I don't see anything changed, whatever is posted on there has been on there for awhile now.
Even in a small segment they still find a way to mention the used game and no drm stuff, haha.
I know this isn't anything major, but he does say we can upload to Youtube. I guess that debunks the whole "only on facebook" speculation some people brought up earlier.
Not surprising. It is their search engine after all.. the last thing they want is all the doom and gloom showing up in searches.
trolling at its finest.
I attended E3 and my favorite part was the Nintendo stuff. I got hands on with PS4 but as soon as that was done I made it a mission to play Mario Kart 8 and the other games.. and let me tell you it was well worth it.
All is timed. DR3 will make its way to PS4, just as Deep Down will come to X1.. the only question is when.
While I'm still waiting for HL3 obviously like everyone else.. I do want to do Team Fortress 3 as well.
You've done well, PS2. You may go down in history as one of the greatest piece of technology made. Now we watch as PS3 continues it's journey as PS4 prepares to enter.
there is enough "PS4 vs Xbone" threads going on in that community, the PS4 still gets favored there as well.
My Gamestop has a larger fixed number of Pre-orders for PS4 than Xbox One. They told me the day I went to pre-order the PS4 that they was only taking 20 Xbox One preorders, and had somewhere between 45 and 50 PS4's pre-ordered.
Puppeteer is definitely one game I've had high on my list ever since they announced it.
I'm hoping that the tech demo thing MM showed off at the PS4 Reveal is a real game/app.. thje sculpting and building your own levels and stuff just seemed so cool.
Marketing won't do you much if people are still confused about your policies and such.. They should of been crystal-clear on day 1 of their reveal, but instead they beat around the bush.
lol yeah
