To be fair, that is a pretty crappy enclosure to put ANY console in.
I honestly don't care what you have to say, but you have an Awesome Avatar. :D
Yeah it's not really a Xbox 360 Slim
But an Xbox 360 Thinking About A Diet But Wears Black to Look Thinner
Actually I think IT IS worth it for the following reasons.
1. Sell the current 360, let's say you have an arcade, try to get $100 out of it.
2. If you were planning on buying an HDD it comes with 250gb already.
3. If you were planning on buying the Wi-Fi N add-on which is like $150, it comes built-in anyway.
4. It looks more like a PS3
5. It probably IS more reliable, 45nm chipset and all.
What's a fail and what's a Success?
Many people see the PSPgo as a fail, yet according to Sony it's selling as forecasted.
Many people see the Xbox 360 RRODing as a fail. Yet 360 fanboys spin it as a success story with the 3 year warranty. And they bashed and bashed how the PS3 is terrible hardware, yet now that MS is releasing a new 360 that's close to a PS3, it's a Success.
So Fail is in the eyes of the fanboys. Success ...
I think Kinect is MS's last ditch effort. I mean seriously, how long can they ride on the multiplatform shoulders of Call of Duty, and Fable/Gears/Halo much longer?
It's the 35 million and growing install base of the PS3, the PS3's open platform itself, maybe a money deal, and the VP of sharpening things.
It's expensive only to poor people.
But more often than not, people who like the bleeding edge of technology will fork out the money for it.
MGS has been on other consoles before.
But if you want the ENTIRE MGS experience, you just go to where it's at. On the Playstation consoles.
And MGS4 is STILL only on the PS3.
So I don't get the argument.
You want Halo? Go get an Xbox.
You want Mario? Go after the Nintendo consoles.
Rumors and Speculations are stupid.
If it happens, it happens. If it doesn't, it doesn't.
Sort of like how people assumed that Microsoft was "tight lipped" before E3, so they must have had a major Megaton to announce.
Instead, we got Dance Central and Kinectimals.
Holy crap, I'd buy one if it looked like that. Glass case and blue lights!
MS Should have done this from the get go.
It's a good thing Microsoft did this to the Xbox. They have to FOLLOW the LEADER. Only makes sense :)
"We currently include an Ethernet cable and 1 month's free subscription to the Xbox Live service. We don't want people not interested in wireless connectivity having to pay for a technology they don't want."
HDMI not needed?
Wi-Fi not needed?
Blu-Ray not needed?
Next up... Blu-Ray!
"appeared to be a bit of a lag between my action and what was going on in the screen, making it hard to react quickly enough. A key lesson here: if you’re playing with another person, you should position yourselves far enough apart to avoid jabbing them. My demo partner and I inadvertently hit each other a couple times."
Holy Crap, 150ms??? 120hz TV's have up to 60-80ms of lag on top of that. And in some TV game modes it's reduced to 30ms, but adding to 150ms is about 180ms...
Definitely nowhere near the precision of regular controllers.
oh lord it's OPTIONAL... If you guys truly hate it that much, then don't buy it.
Oh man, that's exactly what I was thinking.
Demon's Souls + Move = Instant Sell.
Heck, the way the game is already laid out it makes perfect sense.
And actually, I hope Bethesda makes a new Elder Scrolls that takes advantage of the Move.
Heck, imagine a game like Alan Wake with the whole flash light thing with Move! Doesn't have to be Alan Wake, but maybe a horror game similar to it.
There are to...
Yes Eyepet + Move = Best decision they could make.
Wow... as much as I didn't really want to buy the Move, I'm going to anyway. Since I already have a PSEye, I only need the move and the games.
Yup, I'd pay $249 for that bad boy.
$300... ehhhhhhhhhhhh IONO... But $249 is pretty fair for the amount of tech it's going to give us. Especially now that graphics won't be an issue for it, it's going to have everything everyone truly wanted from the DS.
No...
It costs $60 for Skittles to play YOUUUU...
LOL
