i hear ya i got a mazdaspeed 3 and i cant stop spending money on it. i just bought an cobb accessport for $595.

this will for ever be an endless argument. really! the fact is ps3 has more exclusives, diverse exclusives. i believe that's why they dont all sell.
example, i bought infamous 2 and loved it, i didnt buy motor storm. i dont think it's a bad game, i just dont want that type of game yet. i got killzone 3 but not lbp2...yea shoot me. i need to get it but i need, $$$+time.

i prefer playing these games with a controller. it's gonna look great regardless.
im gonna be reaaaaallyyyy busy with this, BF3 and Uncharted 3's multiplayer.

to answer the title yes, what's wrong with variety. ppl never stop complaining.
there are many hot spots on cities and public places now a days, hell even mcdonals and starbuks have them all for free. so you can game on the go.
i own so many, and still play them. im currently playing front mission 3 and xenogears. im still looking for valkyre profiles, it goes for over $200.00 in most places.
stop whining people. the developers are just having fun while working, bringing something new to the table. i find it interesting, they should do more things like this as long as they make sense.

how is psn laggy? all online is laggy. i dont think you own one. dont believe all you hear on n4g. i guarantee psv will have better online offering. the fact that you can use your current id tag and trophies is already above the 3ds. And it has 3g.
what does that have to do with uncharted??? no one said it was the biggest beta of all time.

about the article... i dont pre order AND there really are too many games releasing at the same time, third party and first party, (for sony at least). i'm still not sure what to get, from october till Jan im gonna be UBER broke.
so that's my guess as of why pre orders are not as big as Gears of War 3.
