These days it's super cool to be a good guy developer, and being cool means selling more games. I'm sure this won't be the last we see of DRM, but for now I think we're safe.
Sure it could, just as long as it kept everything as sprites...which would be kind of cool. Not say it wouldn't be a development nightmare but it could be done. It would be much easier to just venture into PC gaming, but seeing as Nintendo is all about exclusivity I doubt we'll be looking at that anytime soon.

I'm admittedly disappointed by the lack of new weapons, but aside from that 'more of the same' was what I was looking for in 3. Far from disappointed.
