It needs a shi! Load of ram and a redesigned controller that steals from the 360's controller. Also a killzone game that runs on 60 fps with graphics identical to the trailer released years ago when killzone 2 was announced. They also need to back up 3rd party support 100%!so we don't get ports.
Wouldn't it be great if Sony was smart and added more ram into there new model. It would be the smartest thing they could do. Then Sony would own the 3rd party games with the smoothest frame rates and better resolution. I hope someone at Sony thought of this and makes it happen.
Dude, I love socom 4, also the graphics are one of the best I've seen in a third person shooter. Also killzone 3 was great but not as great as killzone 2.
I'd be very impressed if Sony made a flat model with the shiney skin of the original fat model. Also if the manage to somehow give us an option to install the full game to the hard drive off of the disc that way games like mw3 won't make any disc/laser noise while playing multiplayer I'd be happy to sell my current ps3 for a new model.
Is that really the problem? I'm confused, because you see games like uncharted and the last of us witch look pretty darn good, then you think that call of duty shouldn't have a problem running smooth on the ps3. So Sony messed up with 256 ram.

That looks amazing, but would it control as good on there engine. If not go f yourself because halo controls are a hell of a lot better than crysis.

I hear theres an 8 gig install for the multiplayer on halo 4. If you ask me I wouldn't care if there was a 20 gig install. As long as they make the game look amazing it's a gig worth wasting!!
There's nothing wrong with psn! The only thing they don't have is party chat. To me it's not that big of a deal.
Let's all hope that they get the ps3 version running on par with the 360 version! It would be nice to know that with all the money activision/treyarch made off of the series that they would build each version from the ground up instead of being cheap and porting it.
If you haven't gotten ps3 yet I'd go out and get one. Also subscribe to ps+ by doing that you'll have about 10 plus games that you can download and play. So don't worry about buying a game with your console. You won't need to. Also if your a fps fan and are afraid to leave your 360 controller for the duel shock I can tell you this, once you get used to the duelshock you'll never go back. My percision with the analog sticks on the ps3 are way better then the Xbox contro...
That's great let ps3 be the lead platform so we can see what it can do. I hate when the sorry a.. 360 is lead. They ruin multiplats for the ps3. My biggest gripe is call of duty. My favorite 3rd party game and I end up with a shitty version for my ps3. This is unacceptable. That company can easily develop the game from ground up on both consoles (ps3/360) but they haven't since mw2, at least I think.
I'm sure it would be tuff to wow people in terms of graphics mainly due to old hardware (ps3,360). I think crytek pushed the wow factor on crysis 2 for consoles. And for pc.....that's a whole different story.
Awesome Sony is true to all the hardore gamers. I'll be looking forward to playing the best future console ever made for a gamer. I'm sure the ps4 will learn from the ps3 and will not make bad choices in hardware.
I just wanted to say that the duel shock needs to change the locations of all 4 trigger buttons. First off r2 and l2 need to have concave triggers. And all the triggers need to be relocated lower on the top of the controller so I don't get artheritis. Other than that I love everything else about the duel shock
Just do us a favor and give that sorry excuse for a game up.
