This isn't the 90s where it made more sense to game on a console if all you wanted to do was play video games. Consoles were like $100-$150 and games were like $30. Now the consoles cost about as much as a PC have less freedom, inevitably slowly becomes obsolete. PC gaming is the way to go. And with a platform like Steam to make the process of PC gaming so easy now, it's more compelling. I preordered both the XBOX One and PS4. I will probably sell both.
I held both controllers at E3 and I can tell you all they are both actually light and not too big or small. But I will say the XBOX One's controller I think is a little bit more comfortable. The one thing that gets me is the DualShock 4 still kinda feels a wee bit awkward when hitting the trigger buttons(L2/R2) although an improvement from the Dualshock 3/Sixaxis where pulling the triggers felt so terrible, developers just opted to use L1/R1 for shooting than the actual triggers(L2/R2). OMG I thought I was only person that actually considers this game one of my favorite games ever. This was such a great game. It's disappointing that at least up to now it's pretty much been a forgotten one hitter rather than an established franchise. I hope one day IO makes another Freedom Fighters or a game with the same mechanics.
I remember PS2 has one of the worst launch title lineups ever. It was only like 3 games and only like one of them I was even slightly interested in trying out. The $300 price of that console was totally not worth it. Not until a year later when GTA3, GT3, MGS2 and FF10 came out and the PS2 became my best friend for the next few years. =(
Not legit. It probably was published by Rockstar and even if it were to come out this year, it still doesnt mean anything in the games industry. Unless they put a solid date on the calendar which is the only thing that is valid in manufacturing terms, whenever they say Q4 2012 or something that is usually when they want to release or an internal set deadline that is made public. Not anything set in stone. These usually change.

I traded mine in last week. Contrary to popular belief I am NOT regreting it. In fact I'm playing online right now rather than whining about it here.
HAHA don't get me wrong. I'm still going to buy FF 13 Verses on the PS3 when it comes out. But I really hope it gets ported to the 360 just to watch people moan and cry about it. =D Hey I still get to play the game. ON the other hand, Square gets more money, and we get to be entertained by nerds getting a nervous breakdown over it. It's a win win. xD

No they cant unban accounts. But its not like that matters. Making a new account is easy and free.
They can however, unban their own consoles. I dont know if they can ban other peoples consoles but as far as unbanning their own consoles. I know that's possible.
I have had my PC since 2004 and it's still not obsolete. And before people play the exclusives card, I played the Last of Us and I am playing GTA V PS3 on my PC. Oh and the PS3 version of GTAV is not even native 720p on my emulator, but it will do for now until the superior PC version comes out.
