Horizon is also a masterpiece. haven't played BoTW so i couldn't tell you but watching the combat i don't think it's my cup of tea.
Horizon has made games like Mass Effect Andromeda seem dated by comparison.
let's hope sony and MS have learned a valuable lesson from this. they should make their next consoles weaker and bring back the same old games so they can also "turn the industry world on its ear".

Bladesfist: I don't know where you see 6 and 5 that's 80 or higher, because it 15 ps4 and 10 pc exclusives that scored 80 and up. Also the original debate i was having with moldybread was consoles vs pc games which would make it 29 console exclusives above 10 pc exclusives.

True but they could always do better. I payed 17.99 for a 3 month sub to ps+ here in Canada until they raised it to 29.99 which i don't think they would have done, at least not by such a large margin, if MS was competing with better games.

As a ps gamer let's hope MS knocks the ball out of the park this E3 with a good console and games.
I want Sony to do the same and don't want them to feel as if they can do whatever they want, like raise prices on services and products.
Sony, whether xbox or nintendo fans think they have, has set a bench mark in terms of quality of their in house games.

i think people that have played BoTW without the nostalgia are tired of hearing "the game is perfect" when they know that if the game was on another console with a different name it would be mediocre at best.
don't cry because he is telling the truth. he likes the game but thinks it's been given a pass for it's obvious flaws.
