This is very much the truth in my local area. Went shopping all day for a PS4 and was very hard to get one but they had plenty of Xbox One's I could buy.
Visuals are a bit off, wonder if they've still got some tweaking to do on that front? Gameplay is great none the less.
Really good coverage of both consoles, not surprised at the winner. This sort of video is going to be popular for parents that don't know their stuff, definitely a win for the winning console!
Reading this list I was fairly disappointed in the featured ones but I struggled to think about any better ones, either there isn't enough romance in video games or I'm not playing them.
20 years we'll be living in our own version of the Matrix, your whole life is now a game.
In all seriousness though whatever we end up with in 20 years I know it's going to be one hell of a journey and I'm going to absorb every bit of it.
Perfectly overpowered number one option (I won't spoil it here). Definitely some obscure inclusions on this article, if only it wasn't a slideshow.
Dungeon Keeper was the game that brought me to GOG in the first place, can't recommend it enough, a true classic. Don't forget to get the sequel while it's on a huge discount as well!
1000% agree, I saw too many of my friends running around thinking they were playing the next Call of Duty, then they come back to me and say they didn't like it.
Of course you're going to hate it if you skip over the best parts. I need new friends that can appreciate a game series like this.
No Singles Flirt Up Your Life? Perfect alternative to The Sims for single people!
Deadly Premoition was awful if you put it under the "standard definition" of what a game needs to be successful.
I still love it endlessly, it's just one of those games that excels in so many other elements it's a must play.
Definitely in the same boat, it's the most unsexualised nudity I've seen in a game, Microsoft seems a tad touchy on that but I guess you got to play it safe as a big corporation.
I'm not one to get hyped about 720p vs 1080p but I'm very hyped about this game, everything I've read and seen has caught my eye.
I'm with most of the other comments here, TitanFall is the last hope for the console but it won't meet expectations and then what does Microsoft has up it's sleeve? Welcome to capitalism, you made bad decisions and people are choosing the PS4, you've got no hope Microsoft.
I've always believe the console the collection of games need to sell me, I don't like this idea of 1 game will all of a sudden make the Xbox One some magical must have purchase, it m...
I'm also a huge Nox fan and was glad it made it onto the list! :)
It's come in handy for me recently, really like the idea and where its going so I've been following them closely.
I think because it isn't fully released yet it wasn't included
Definitely! It captures Diablo 2 so perfectly. I loved this article since its got a good mix of games like Diablo, D2 and D3 so plenty of options.
Some recent ones are missing from the list (thankfully since they are awful). Like the original Two Worlds and Gothic 4.
If you've got time I'd love to hear your opinion/answer to my post in response to Bigpappy because I liked the article and now I just feel like I'm missing something :\
I've been following this site for a while and have enjoyed their other lists so I decided to also share this one with the N4G community.
I must be missing something so I hope others can answer my questions because it seems I'm in the minority, I must be missing something?
For me Skyrim was about 3 things:
-Open world/exploration
-Lots of customisation to play the way you want (mage, one handed, relying on stealth, etc. etc.)
-L...
The results after release will be interesting to say the least. I don't think it's a last roll of the dice though, the Xbox One hasn't reached that point just yet.
