The games matter the most to me too and I like Xbox games better

That's way different. VR is mainly geared towards gamers and isn't something a lot of people will feel like they need

Casuals buy almost anything that improves their film watching experience
Video games is a different medium and casuals won't wear a $400 helmet to play games and that's the market VR needs
Yep. VR won't last long we already see how much the coverage has gone downhill with the Vive and Oculus

Microsoft really had a great strategy when the talked about the Scorpio at E3 so now people know they can wait and have a bigger beast

"Charlie" plays mostly multiplatform games like COD, FIFA, Assassin's Creed, etc.
These are the people that will buy the Scorpio along with a lot of Xbox One owners who love MS exclusives, their controller, online and the ecosystem
I'm sure Microsoft won't ever be caught off guard like that again
Sony changed the ram at the last minute with the PS4 but Microsoft will likely know the Neo specs tomorrow or at the latest by November and know they have a whole year to make a more powerful box
PS5 is not releasing in 2018 and even chances of a 2019 launch are slim (no pun intended)

I'll never play on PC so Xbox One and the Scorpio is the only way I can play the games I like
