I don't know why, but I have always had the assumption that playing songs on expert in Guitar Hero is more impressive than playing them on a real guitar.

Totally unacceptable behaviour because first and foremost that's his mother, but not only that, it's an elder person. I don't think she would appreciate if his mother behaved likewise towards him.
Of course there are a lot of unannounced exclusive for 360 and when the time comes, Microsoft will announce them. Personally I wish for a more diverse line-up of titles because 2008 was very much generic in terms of genre.

I read the article, but what I really don't understand is why people are becoming so darn angry. The article highlights the points many other analyst have been mentioning for the past months. Of course a price cut would benefit sales and it's inevitable Sony will do so when it's in a good financial position. However, the author does fail to mention that prior to the 360 pricedrop, the PS3 was outselling the 360 and the only reason this has changed is because of the pricedrop.
This has not norelevancy to this article,but has Microsoft already broken-even on the hardware and if so, are they making profit?

Microsoft won't push a new format because it involves a lot of finance and risk. As you previously mentioned about the next generation, Blu-ray will already have matured and as companies are introducing BR discs with a lot of space, Microsoft will incorporate it. I wouldn't be surprised if Sony continue supporting BR with PS4.

The developers took responsibility and patched the game, however if the game is released in a unplayable state, then it deserves whatever score it receives. It's totally unexpetable, they had a Beta, but decided yet to release the game when they could have delayed it for a week or so.
Regarding the re-reviewing the game, I don't think IGN nor any other site should re-review the game as it's the developers fault for not dealing with the issue prior to launch.
