I for one was so against MS's policies and was convinced to go for PS4 but now that they accepted their mistake and will rectify the X1 to be more gamers/consumer friendly i'll go ahead and pre order mine.
Sad thing was i was impressed at E3 by their showing and wanted to import XB1 in my region since it wasn't on their 27 country list. Similarly i had done with 360 when i bought it on ebay for $700 and got it in jan 2006, almost a year and half before the official launch in my region. However with their IP lock on console and making it not run games if out of the ip regions basically renders it useless for millions who most likely will switch to PS4 just to get into next gen.
Probably when kinnect detects that there is no one around it will transform and start snooping around the house looking into underwear drawers and under the beds looking to expose yoru pr0n collection.

Larry why dont you plug that POS xb1 in your back. I'll keep the 360s as long as the games keep coming and switch to ps4. Not getting into MS B$ next gen. Hell with my gamerscore of 75k and my live till feb 2014. I wont spend a dime on any product so tightly controlled. Swapped my iphone4 for samsung s3 and now got S4. Android platform is much more consumer friendly, same way now seems Sony doing with PS4.
M$ should learn from them. They F#$#K up every 2nd iteration of windows and recently after successful windows 7, some retard said well people have been so much used to start menu so why dont we innovate and remove it so that 99% of non-touch screen enabled Desktop users just curse and abuse us. We'll make them squirm for few months and once we lose sales of windows 8 and short of having another vista we'll just introduce the start button.

Think my fanboy days of MS are over. 360 was pretty good and had tons of fun with it after ps2 but now i think it's time to move to a company respecting gamers and not thinking about lining their billions loaded bank accounts on pretext of innovation in consoles. I didn't like sony tactics early on at start of current gen and now i am literally hating Ms policies for coming gen...
As i mentioned in my comments on another topic, M$ is trying hard to alienate their fans. With the new restriction of not being able to play games if your console is not officially launched in your country then screw M$, i'll not buy it even it comes a year later in our region.

I'm sensing windows vista level fail for xbox1. I dont understand what goes on in the minds of engineers and designers in MS. They just need to finger something which is doing well and turn it into a turd for the next version, especially in their OS dept. In console it's the other way round. Did u just start gaming now for the first time on ps3? Do you even know there was BF1942, BFvietnam, BF2, BF2142 even before MAG was conceived? BF series defined the military vehicular based online MP gaming on PC and BF2 before the current gen consoles introduced commander mode which for you is copied from MAG, the game which has copied most from all the games I mentioned above.
