IDK Gamespot did a video today as well and stated the significant heat. Until we see the retail units this doesn't squash the rumors. Seems each unit is different.

I get that, but as I stated earlier its not for me unless I am starting over. And people can't knock Sony for this because they always left it up to the devs to do. Perfect example is Suikoden 2 and Suikoden 3. The devs in Konami created pathways to do this.
It's a nice feature but its not going to determine if i purchase console A or console B. Honestly this article is a little much because they have an answer they just don't agree with it. If its up to the developers than its up to them. They are fishing for an answer from Sony and I don't think they will get it.

Yeah, when the number of subs go up you can expect a price increase. What is it currently now $180 ($15 a month) a year regular price if you want every access. And the dollar a month thing is just an introduction cost. I assume Sony may do something similar with PSNow

They clarified what Boost mode does. The problem is that some are talking for Sony and that is the issue. And we have to remember that the boost mode is not a remaster and a remaster isn't boost mode. As Morgan stated, time and money is applied in remasters!!!
The biggest problem is that some think the BC upgrade they get from MS is a remaster of a game. AND IT ISN'T. Yes there will be a visual increase but not the one they think. This is just sad.

The upgrade is just the PS4 game played on PS5 with the boost applied. This will be the same for any PS4 game played on PS5. The remaster is the same game built from the ground up using the PS5 development tools. This is similar to The Last of Us Remaster.

I agree with that if that is how you play. I on the other hand have changed that play style a long time ago once RL took over. But like I said earlier; I have to wait and see; Still cool feature...
IDK, For me, I play one game at a time on each console and PC. I thought this feature was nice but I don't think I would ever use it as much regardless the company that implements it. I do use the quick resume at its current state. Maybe I can use the feature if a friend invites me to a MP game or if my kids want to play...IDK we will see.

Am I the only one that understands that the sell of this is for MMSM. If you want to play SM 2018 on PS5 you can, enhanced but you can. Now if you want the ultimate edition you have to pay for it through the MMSM game. The reason they are doing this is to sell MMSM not the ultimate edition of SM. The ultimate edition is a plus. I get that some want Sony to give the SM ultimate edition for free, but I hate to say that its not going to happen because the ultimate edtion is a remastered version ...
I think the part that some are missing is that they can still play the PS4 spiderman on the PS5 if they already purchased it; yes it will be smooth out and some functions will work better but it won't be the enhanced edition. The enhanced edition, from what I hear is close to a complete remake of the game. Maybe I am missing something.

You do realize you have to be approved to do that right? Not everyone has good credit, so not everyone will benefit from that finance option.Honestly its a great move but only a few can benefit from it.
