Honestly, if you went to play the game thinking it would be something revolutionary, you have no one to blame but yourself. As far as I remember, neither Sony nor the developers said anything about it being groundbreaking.
I find this title really unnecessary. Why can't people just enjoy both games and stop creating these stupid rivalries?
I think "Multiple crash and progression fixes" means that this patch fixes problems with crashes (probably fixes the intro crash issue) and issues with quest progression (seems to be the most common types of glitches/bugs that people are encountering on this game).
Actually, only about 2 of the guys in neogaf said they think the story is meh. The others said that the story seems at least interesting;

Guys this isn't a day one patch. The director confirmed it wasn't:

Heavy spoiler alert:
The guy who got this game early will be posting his impressions on this thread:

If you don't want any spoilers, don't go into it.
Guys, stop taking the bait. Remember, when faced with a troll the only winning move is not to play.
When I say mixed expectations to HZD, I mean that there are some people out there that are calling this game a 'Far Cry clone' or an 'Ubisoft open world game' and others that simply don't trust GG enough to have positive expectations about. I'm by no means a Zelda fanboy (not even close). I believe this game has potential to be a great game and I'm really hoping it doesn't flop and that it does really well.
I'm sorry, but I don't see the point in comparing the two. The only thing I can say is that, from what I've seen, Zelda is probably going to have an higher Metacritic score than HZD. I mean, HZD seems to have a lot mixed expectations, while Zelda barely seems to have any sort of negativity surrounding it.
Wasn't the Witcher 3 about 38GB of install size without patches and DLC?
I really hope this game is good. I can't help but feel that some people are just being negative because if the game gets a bad review score they can just go around telling others 'I told you so' or 'I predicted this would happen'. Sure, there are many legitimate criticisms, but it's obvious some people are just hating on the game for the sake of hating on it.
Would you say that the human AI is one of the worst AI you have ever seen on video gaming history? The way some talk about it make me think it is, when it's probably just hyperbole.
