Well! it's always good hearing about a game that'll be released like 4 years from now. Hey guys, I'm releasing a product. You might like it, it'll be released in 2018. Yeah, I don't care about that, I kinda care about what I can play this year, seeing that I can only play games from 2014 right now.
Exactly. I'm tired of developers treating us like children when it comes to game difficulty. We need a challenge, like ninja Gaiden hard. If I can complete a game with no problem, I basically just wasted my money. We grew up on contra, games like that. We need more challenging games with advance enemy AI. Like the Halo and Ninja Gaiden days.
Play station fans are horrible. Now they try to attack the writer of a game? Over an exclusive deal? If you want the game that bad just do the obvious thing and buy the system it's going to be on, it's that easy. Only a fool swears loyalty to a company anyway.
Um, so Xbox One gets Tomb Raider and we get this? Seriously? Guess it's time for me to finally get the X1 soon.
Interesting feature, but I don't want my friend playing my game. The whole point of me playing a game is to play all of it, not have someone else play it. Why would I take satisfaction out of someone else playing my game? That doesn't excite me.
Digital saves me the trip from having to drive to a game store to make a purchase. Also saves me from having to keep switching my disks when playing different games. Also I can delete it when I'm finished playing it, and if I ever want to play it again I can just download it to the system. Just like movies and music, digital distribution of video games to your house hold is more convenient than going to the store and having a thousand disks just sitting in your house.
Um, so basically we're getting a lot of crappy games for the PS4. I'm hoping uncharted isn't the only good exclusive we're getting, cause from the looks of these horrible trailers in this page, I'm guessing the exclusives being good are a far cry from reality.

Run and fun, weapons with no recoil...same call of duty to me. Not a tactical shooter, this game is aimed at children who just like to press the trigger buttons over and over
Long story short, you people are getting duped by buying remastered versions of games already out. You're gonna pay all that money to play a game you already played, but with somewhat better graphics? If you owned a Honda, would you buy the same model again at full price just because it included a better paint job?
The funny thing is all these people that claim they want the highest resolution and frame rate and talk about how the next gen is all about visual fidelity are the same people that play those indie games that have the same visual fidelity of my Nintendo entertainment system from the 80's. They're called....hypocrites.
Gameplay and AI is all that matters. A crappy game that runs 1080p 60fps is still a crappy game. A awesome game that runs 720p 30fps is still an awesome game. At the end of the day, you play to have fun, not to dissect the pixels.
I cry when I get dust in my eyes. Guess that's the perks of being a man
Every Assassin's Creed and inFamouse
I'm not paying for a game I already purchased and finished. I bought a PS4 to play new games. If I wanted to play old games I would have just saved my money and continued playing on my 360
Had way more fun playing Sleeping Dogs then any other game. Combat was much better than other sandbox games.
You children need to understand what the article about. It's basically saying developers and publishers should let the gameplay speak for itself, the gameplay should entice gamers to make a purchase. The company shouldn't make a hype machine trailer to entice people to play their game. It's like buying a car, you purchase it based off of its performance, not off of how it looked on a commercial. Marketing a game is reasonable, as is any product, but let the gameplay entice players...
Yup, big let down. When the PS3 and 360 were released, within a year we had some good games. This console generation is almost at its 1 year anniversary, and there's no next gen exclusive games that were excellent. All the good games that came out were on both generations. So far my PS4 just kinda sits there if I'm not playing Battlefield.
Yeah, the only reason I purchased my PS4 on day 1 was because of Battlefield. But almost a year in and there's no good games that came out exclusively for the PS4. Infamous sucked, Killzone sucked and everything else is available on the PS3 and 360. It's a shame that I still have my PS3 hooked up, seeing that I spent $400 for a new system. I might as well waited until next year. The crazy thing is the PS3 has more features than the PS4. And that's a fact.
Wow, someone actually cares about the difference in the way the character runs? Are people really that nerdy?
