Ha, you can't be wrong on your own opinion. I will say, though...while it's no Modern Warfare 2 or Halo 3, Bioshock multiplayer is actually well made and fun!
I was actually quite surprised after reading this article. I didn't realize that's how it is right now in Japan...
I really don't think Move is priced that bad. Esp. considering you get a Blu-ray player and a hardcore gaming machine, too (if you take into consideration the cost of the entire package vs. the Wii).
I know these aren't the best examples, but I'm glad for even little changes to what we're used to, like what Halo: Reach did in the multiplayer beta (lots of new modes) and Gears of War 3's Beast mode.
I hope they *don't* "Conviction" Assassin's Creed. Conviction was pretty disappointing for that series!
Agreed, too...but I can see how it doesn't really match up with the vibe of what you see IN the game. It's more classic than anything.
Like how?
I never realized it myself, but I also don't care myself. I do think it's kinda neat that there is some consistency to something somewhere in that universe, though. Shows Nintendo's not just crapping out Zeldas as it's convenient for them.
Hmm...PopCap's pretty big now, but they're not necessarily famous....
Very interesting approach...
I think VERY different. Totally different vibe.
I hate boss fights in fighting games, because it just doesn't feel right going up against A.I., period. Fighting games are about human v. human competition!
Nothing beats BioShock. NOTHING.
OMG, I was going to say the same thing. Heck, I even played some Starcraft 64 back in the day...and that came out AFTER Starcraft PC!
Still weird for me to see these prominent journalists working for the industry! :)
Wow, I can't remember it at all. But I'm surprised it's only slightly worse. I think of games like Pac-Man on 2600...and even as a little kid, I thought it was horrible (compared to the arcade version, which isn't a fair comparison, I know).
Ha, the author totally nailed it when he mentioned how Mass Effect's acclaim for being a good shooter really has a qualification: "for an RPG"...
Sackboy has boob physics? I don't get it...but maybe I wasn't looking closely enough.
Wow, I can barely, vaguely remember some of these!
Is that right? Mario Bros. was really on Atari 2600? That still doesn't sound right to me.
Really, *at the time* you hated the 80's? How did anyone know to hate the 80s when they were in it? It was a great time!
