Doesn't surprise me the game doesn't feel that new. I think the casual audience probably expects/wants that.
The one that excited me most was Dreamcast. That was the last huge next-gen jump to me.
That's cool the developer is so willing to talk about that fucked-up adventure. He could never get away with that at EA or Microsoft or some big company like that.
