You're a load of crap. I bought my console for quality games. If I wanted to purely game on indies I would have gotten the Ouya. I dont know about you but I was spoiled since Nintendo, Dreamcast, N64, SNES, ps1, ps2, and ps3. This gen is nowhere near the golden age of gaming.
I happen to like what indies stand for. They will eventually become bigger budgeted developers, but until then they're not on top of my looking forward to list.

What happened to the old Sony (with out their arrogance) that wanted the high quality big budget graphics to prove their hardware is better.

Hmm I can't help get the feeling that people saw the Uncharted trailer at the end and using that as a stepping stone to run with. I was great show through and through. Far from a bore fest like everyone making it out to be. People would use any dirt against Sony right now since they have all the momentum. It's like a dirt flinging contest.
I think Sony is just saving money.
IMO the Dragon's Dogma wouldn't be the same with out the pawns, LOL. If that's what you're implying with multiplayer. I would rather have them update their AI and infinitely update the pawn's voice acting.

Simply put their engine hasn't evolved much since the original Crysis.
Their new engine is nowhere near photorealistic that mods did for them with the original Crysis. (maybe the fault lies with the mod community/fanbase) Their engine used to be ground breaking, now, not so much. Since other engines that are available now can do the same job at a cheaper price. Their ship sank along with backing the wrong horse and producing a less than stellar game to kick off next gen. ...
