It's your router. You probably do not have the correct ports forwarded, or your router does not support UPNP. Follow the link I provided and follow the instructions at the end of the page:

Dude, that by far is the most stupid, fanboyish comment I have ever read! How can you say "at least there is AI in Halo 3"? Are you implying that a game that hasen't been released yet, doesn't have good AI? And how would you know, are you a developer for the un-released Killzone 2?
While I agree it's not "all about graphics", I have to disagree with your comment. I mean, what else can we comment about when the game is not even released yet? And how can you make a comment about gameplay, when the game has not been released yet? Making comments about gameplay BEFORE a game is actually released is purely speculative. Honestly, everything looks alot better, from textures to the environments. But I have to say, that explosion at the end looked absolutely horrendous, jusy my opinion.
