I don't think people are giving any consideration to the white PS4 bundle with Destiny. People love Bungie and want to play something new from them. People love the PS4 and a new color system will be very popular. Plus the unique PS4 content with Destiny will make it even more tempting.

Yeah, pretty much every NPD that comes out shows that VG over tracks X1 by a pretty decent amount... And notoriously under tracks PS4. People aren't making this stuff up.
This doesn't take into account pre orders for the white PS4 bundle also, I think.... Which is also doing pretty well on Amazon.
It will be interesting, though, to see how far off these numbers are when the NPD arrives.
Those Vita sales are not too good, I hope they are seriously considering that PS4/Vita bundle.

Sony is looking to profit after the next wave of losses.
As far as the gaming side, which everyone is neglecting to comment on. Sony is on a major roll and has all the momentum. Share holders want companies to keep popular and profitable divisions, regardless of the companies overall income.

At around the same time frame as arcade having good indies, PlayStation was also getting amazing indies. PS3 had such good indies many people gave them game of the year awards... I don't know of any exclusive XBL arcade games that got such attention and respect as PS3's indies.
Not all PS3 fans disregarded Indies, in fact, I am really skeptical that ANY ever have with how many award winning, quality indies the PS3 has had.

In regards to Free to Play, I still don't understand how major free to play games don't count according to you. I have never heard anyone argue against them being AAA until you have done on this post. So I would love to hear how Planetside 2 and Deep Down don't count... or other FTP games of high budget.

I love that no mans sky doesn't count either because it might be coming to X1 sooner or later, but plants vs zombies was ok to use as ammo in earlier games comparisons...

It is crazy to see the bundle SKU for the X1 do better than the new $399 SKU. I honestly think removing the camera had the opposite effect they wanted. I personally liked their angle with having every system have a Kinect, they just needed more dev support... Removing Kinect was a bad move in hindsight. With the right dev support the Kinect could have skyrocketed X1 sales.
Yeah, the current test prices are insane, hopefully they understand this.
Crytek needs help themselves out and go back to making great games like Crysis 1, with a multiplatform release on the PS4 also, which has sold many millions of consoles...

Honestly, the wording is completely reasonable given the huge struggles the Xbox brand has in Japan. I don't think someone would have to be a fanboy, or even close to one, to think that.
I am interested to see how well the X1 can do week in and week out in Japan.
Microsoft needs to think about cutting Sony's US lead first honestly. MS had the US in the bag last gen and they let it slip. That is a much bigger deal than trying to get a better foot in the door in Japan, which doesn't even seem very realistic.
It's funny people claim that Sony fans are bad and N4G has a Sony bias, but X1 fans like gameon1985 get away with massive trolling like this on many articles..
It's a new console, of course the pre orders will be good. 360's pre orders were really good too if I remember correctly. Japan is not Microsoft's strong area, but we will see.
I would rather my console be more popular on amazon top sellers than a poll on facebook, but that's just me I guess...
