which Uncharted?
I loved MGR Revengeance..so much fun to play..sad it was so short!
Anyone remember the Commodore 64? the diskettes and cassette tapes? It was the coolest gaming PC of the 80s!
its too many microtransactions now. publishers may think we are lazy to finish games and unlock items so they tell us to pay a small price to 'unlock all' or some season pass bs. at the end of the day, all this adds up and you have paid close to $100 for a game!
I hope the film isn't as bas as AC Unity!
I miss SDTVs!
you make sense...when you factor in the DLCs and patches, and all that online nonsense, digital downloads etc and lack of booklets, I take it back..you made me cry thinking about innocent times..my point was about the PS4..its made for gaming and the emphasis on the blu ray stuff is not as much this time. Sony has broken tradition. the PS1 had a cd player, ps2 dvd and ps3 blu ray..the last 2 consoles were also released to market the dvds and blu ray formats. oh well..thanks for correcting me ...
I have been gaming for almost three decades and this generation really takes me back to the 90s. The PS4 seems to really harken back to the Sega Genesis. Its a great time to be a gamer.
Amazing stuff...Just wished more of this was available in the story mode.
i doubt it will happen. their track record since gamecube has been underpowered consoles. although the gamecube was possibly more powerful than the ps2, it did probably as good as the wii u. the wii and n64 were the last two real Nintendo ground breaking consoles.
two amazing games you mentioned. really excited for them. what about uncharted?
PS3 was awesome, and I always thought Wii was too gimmicky. It became worse with the Wii U. Next will be called Wii Me, and then Wii Us and so on :)
I loved Banjo Kazooie. Bring it on!
I am thinking about it too.. seems worth it!
Nintendo has not done enough to pull in quality multiplatformers. I never quite understood the concept behind the Wii U. It always felt like an HD version of the Wii. Wii worked because it did not care about resolutions but gameplay alone. The hardware was weak in comparison to PS3 and Xbox 360 but still it was a bestselling console. PS2 also did very well despite being underpowered to Xbox. its not always about the bells and whistles, but this generation hardware and quality control is king....
Street Fighter V FTW
man...this one is worth owning the PS4 for..glad I got mine on launch.
so what was wrong with create a arena and create a storyline to be taken out? The creations suites is one of the big reasons I always went back to the games for repeat plays. I dont see your point what was removed was actually broken. the gameplay while realistic is dumbed down by the chain move mechanics which frankly are annoying.
the pacing would be fine if they didnt overhaul the controls too much..thats the problem..they fixed something that wasnt broken. i am a huge fan of the series, but still its a major let down. the things missing added to the overall experience. all that stuff was reasons I would shell out 60 bucks for each year and even eventually the season pass. but its not worth it this time. its a decent rental at most. Poor effort considering its on the current-gen consoles. in comparison FIFA 14 and 15 ...
I own a PS4, but reading this makes me want to give the Wii U a shot even if its just to play Bayonetta 2. I grew up on Nintendo consoles, and its been ages since I owned one. How things change...sigh.
