Assuming that the Endless Crisis rumors are true, I think its just another spin-off of FF7 universe. As much as I would like a FF7 remake, I don't think this is it but I could be wrong though. We'll just have to wait and see.
It depends on what stance you saw. If the video showed Nariko using the Power stance then it was kinda slow because she can't move that fast with it. Now if you choose the Range stance then she moves a lot quicker than the other. Think of it when Ryu in NGS using that big sword, it was powerful but bulky compared to when he's using the Nunchuks or twin blades.
No, when you die you will have the option to "Replay Mission" and something else. I think it was "Exit to Menu Screen", I didn't care to look because I just want to start the mission quickly but you don't have to upload your save file everytime you die.

If ur basing ur judgement around the core of FF7, sure every spin off would suck. After u beat it then u have Hell mode plus if you wnt to unlock all the Glyphs. I beat the game too. It took me just above 9 hours to do it but basically just using one or two combos of every stance and believe me, there's tons of combos that u can master. I'm gonna play through it again but this time I'm gonna use the other combos plus the aerial combos. Maybe the third time I play it, I'll just use counters the whole game cuz the counters itself can dispose enemies.
More Kai missions please. I love those over-the-shoulder arrow shooting and then directing them with the sixaxis. The mission were you have to protect the old man as he crosses the bridge was awesome.
