The problem is, this freaking game was released 2 months ago...

The only friend I know that bought a 360 broke on him, so actually the faulty hardware has a pretty big part in my decision.
I was actually going to buy one last year for Halo, but RROD was all I heard for the 360, and until those problems are for SURE dealt with, no way am I gonna waste my time buying it and then talking to some chick from India about getting it fixed<<
Especially considering the competitors Sony has had.
Playstation brand is on the run, there's hardly any AAA titles out and they've still sold more than 4 million, even though it cost more than the competitors...
Once the games come out, you'll see them flying off shelves, and once they switch to 65nm chips, you'll see a price drop and it'll be PS2 all over again.
If you watched Microsoft's E3 conference, they focused on this Holiday only.
Never showed a game for 2008, they think they're going to win this console war this holiday like the PS2 did last generation.

The weather last generation was great, I mean Halo 2 was awesome, but the xbox still sucked just as much, and since Halo 3 is going to be awesome...I can't imagine how the 360 will be...

Like I said, Firmware updates could achieve Xbox live easy, and it will still be free(Unless they charge for services like VOD, Music, etc)

Sorry, but you forgot to mention the PS3 cost more than the competitors, yet it still sold as much as the PS2, and launch to launch with the 360 actually sold MORE.

I've always been told the 360's GPU is better than PS3's but it's a given fact that PS3's cell+RSX SMOKES Xenon+X360 GPU.

I only see great games with great graphics, and with Blu-ray, really BIG games.

Considering this was a JRPG and sold barely around 100,000 copies in Japan, I don't see why anyone would be excited about it.
