I had to replace the disc on more than a few occasions. Those things are so cheap.
I wonder why every game doesn't have this kind of depth. Maybe some do, who knows? It seems easy for programmers to implement because every bullet, grenade, propeller, landmine, cone, shield has its own properties such as damage and mass. It shouldn't be that much work to make sure that everything works together in harmony. I wonder if anyone tried throwing a grenade into the propellers yet? Looks like good fun! Might invest in another Xbox this holiday!

I agree with you %100. The main draw of multiplayer has always been competition. I remember going to the arcade at the Hudson Mall and was proud to say that I was #1 on the High Scores Leaderboards of at leat three of the games. I just don't understand why games bomb if they don't have some type of decent multiplayer. Does anyone honestly think that Red Dead Redemption would have sold as much or got the review scores it did without the multiplayer aspect? It's just sad!
I never completed Killzone 2. I just couldn't beat the last mission. It was so damn hard! I'll get called a noob or something, but even playing on amateur I couldn't beat it. I'm surprised to hear that so many developers are tracking stats like completion and whatnot.
After hours of frustration, I gave up and jumped into multiplayer.

Simple logic tells me that you sensationalize everything. First, I doubt that any 4 player game will require 2 controllers for each person. I think you might be talking about the nav controller which doesn't even need to be purchased as it can be swapped out with a Dualshock 3. Second, your ONLINE argument is invalid because you have to pay for Xbox Live which costs more than an extra move controller anyway. My opinion is that the Playstation Move is the best of both worlds with a camera ...
