Insomniac should have stayed with SONY.
I love Sony Playstation from the PS1 till present day.
When will people stop complaining about how games look today? Games look good enough, I dread for the day games look too real, because the point of the game is basically to go into another universe or at least escape reality for a little while. If people want to see real soldiers or want things to be too realistic just turn the freaking TV on the news or watch a movie or something. Don't get me wrong I like beautiful graphics on games, but don't try to make it too close to the real wo...
Just play the game.
Mostly all games borrow ideas from other games.
Why can't men be men and women be women?
This whole homosexuality acceptance thing is getting really old. I respect homosexuals as people, but I do not in any way respect what they represent or the lifestyle they live.
PC's may have better frame rate, resolution, mods(I can care less about mods), but consoles undeniably have the better games and I like playing using a controller over a mouse and keyboard.
I cared for Nathan Hale from Resistance FOM he was a cool character, Kratos was betrayed or fooled, Snake was being used. That is why character development and an awesome story in games really matter instead of senseless shooting for ranks and whatnot. Also Nariko from Heavenly Sword had a sad fate, but I hope someone at SONY would bring this game back, because it was an awesome game. And yes, Infamous is a freaking awesome game and Cole is a cool character.
You are probably the only person who wouldn't miss used games. Mostly everyone of us likes to save money by buying used games. Besides, who wants to blow 60+ dollars on an unfinished game, because as you know today games are left unfinished on purpose so companies can sell DLC or whatever. So much other stuff that can be said...
That is a shame on the developers end. Motion control is quite fun whether is on Kinect or PS Move. Both of these devices are quite entertaining. If developers took the time to make really good games for these devices or incorporate them to already released games(i know some games already have this feature) that would make games more fun. Developer nowadays are really lazy and just want to rush games out.
Nobody should go through 25 consoles(I'm exaggerating) in 2 or 3 years. That was the case with the 360. Almost every person that had a 360 had a RROD, and they would defend their console with their life even though it was a faulty piece of hardware. Please spare me the argument that PS3's had the fail rate, because it is not true.
Square Enix sucks today and it's nothing like it was in the 1990's. Longer cycles on consoles is good. Who wants to spend 200-400 dollars every 4-5 years on some new console? Current consoles still have life in them. As technology advances so do the techniques used for developers to make better use of current consoles.
I still find consoles have better games. The fact is I'm really not into those mmo or mmorpg games out there. I find so much better action in consoles and JRPG, RPG, etc...
I like consoles better. Better games, yes I happen to believe consoles have better games than PC. Don't have to worry about this freaking nonsense about graphic cards, compatibility, etc... I don't really care about having 5699858 x 248225 resolution(just made that number up). Just pick up the controller and play(yes controller is better than keyboard, yes I have a PC).
If single player games die then the industry will really suffer.
What I hate about PC is the stupid compatibility issues with certain games. What OS, video card, blah, blah blah... With consoles you don't have to worry about that crap. It is so much better. So what if on PC games run at 6 million fps, and have a resolution of 53661 x 65985( i just made that up).
With consoles just pop in the game, and if it has to install certain things then install and then just play the game. I too prefer physical media over digital and all this cloud craze t...
I too prefer physical media over digital. And no it does not bother me to get up and change the game if I want to play something different.
Music gives games the atmosphere. Back in the 1980's and 1990's game music was much much more memorable than today's.
There are however many games today with killer soundtracks that makes games even more epic than what goes on in the game(God of War for example). It definitely sets the mood or in some cases kills it.
That's what happens when people become slaves to Call of Duty.
It's sad that people can't enjoy this great game.
Hackers should all go to prison for doing stupid crap.
