In MGS's defence, it was just confirmed to be PS3 exclusive for a good long time. Its going to be more or less like a few years before MGS4 gets an appearence on the xbox 360.
I wouldn't be surprised if its true. Bioshock was mentioned to be set to next-gen platforms.
As far as I know MS has 2007 exclusivity, or perhaps extending to early summer 2008 or something.
But IM pretty sure I'll see Bioshock on the PS3 :).

Youre forgetting one important detail; Konami isnt Epic games. Besides Kojima has said its only made on PS3, plus a Konami representative has said the MGS4 on x360 rumors is pure speculation.
Save the "But, Kojima doesnt decide where MGS4 goes"-remarks. The man is the prodcuer, writer & director of the game. Also, he used to be the vice president of Konami. His importance to the game's direction is very valid.
