Live here in the bay area. I've seen an R2 commercial once... right after a GOW2 commercial weirdly enough. I've also seen one for Need for Speed advertised by Sony a couple of hours ago. Need for Speed? Seriously? Sony must do more marketing for Killzone 2. Even a 5 second in-game video would be good enough.

It's still does not affect my enjoyment playing the game. Seriously some people are too excited in nitpicking on little things but when it comes down to it, the real value of a game is the overall experience you had while playing it. It's an awesome game so don't get strung up on exaggerated news like this.
Mindless shooter wins yet again
Amazon had a $10 preorder bonus gift card so you're basically breaking even unless you bought it in that gap between preordering and the recent price drop. Even so this game is worth the full price and more so for $50.
I think Sony and Microsoft are trying to join and maybe attempt to cut their ways through the Wii market. Seeing how the Wii is "supposedly" a success with it's innovative controller, obviously they're just making them so Wii games with their control schemes can eventually be ported through their systems by third party developers and perhaps even make their own first party titles. But as the Wii continues to be a success, the higher chance PS3motes and 360motes would possibly appear...
