As far as I know, he was not.

And before anyone cries "double standards!" he was just an attendee at the convention, and whoever at Dtoid is in charge of the robot head thought it'd be funny if he wore it. (Source: he's actually a personal friend of mine. I did not attend PAX East this year, but I know for a fact that Jacob Harder, the man in the photo, was not hired nor paid by Destructoid.)

I'm pretty sure (not 100% though) that attend...

This is exactly how I feel - I've been a PC gamer for a few years now, but I have a PS3 and 360 mostly for exclusives. I think I might not even bother with the PS4 and Xbox 720 or whatever.

I disagree - I think consoles have gotten TOO "innovative" lately. The Wii U? PS Move? Kinect? I'd prefer if devs focused on creating games with good gameplay and storyline, rather than trying to push the limits with hardware and graphics and see how innovative they can be.

Maybe that's an old-fashioned opinion, but to me there's only so much graphics can do to improve a game.

And you're the authority on what makes a "true" gamer, then?

Nope, just a gamer who happens to also be a woman, which has no bearing on the article's validity.
