meh since ive dropped live in favor of psn I got ta say its been good. The only thing i miss is ingame xmb for chatting but i expect sony will have something similar soon enough.

Now that we're out of warranty Im almost scared to turn on our 360. At least we couple pc's and a ps3 to keep us busy. No chance well ever buy another ms product tho. I'll give the games away and cut my losses next time my 360 fails.
Personally I say down with ms their crappy ethics no company has the right to sell us defective wares not at a 33%+ rate. But these guys do it with impunity then tell us its ok. Honestly it makes me ill but deep pockets seem to put them above the rules.

Even with the big viral push by ms the ps3 is the console of choice for the real hardcore gamers. Tho a lot of us got suckered into buying a 360 the hardware issues were enough to make us ill and now with every ps3 exclusive the 360 looks more and more outdated...

Dude gta4 was the nicest letdown Ive ever played. I mean how many of us are playing it now..
SR could easily be ten times the game if they can get a stable build out the door this time. I mean gta4 was a big step down from gtasa gameplay wise. Some might say the online on gta4 gives it legs but we all know its too gimped to interest most of us for long.

Mines still got the factory 'slow' drive and boots faster than my top of the shelf desktop... and bumping up the drive speed wont improve that by any measurable amount... games load fine its quiet efficient and easy to upgrade.
Saying anything else makes me question your motives harping on the ps3 non stop like gamespots missi...

seemed kinda short on content for a 1.5 gig dl anyways not a lot of bonus content tho the soccom beta is worth the cash 2 me....
guess all that hd footage eats up a lot of space doubt all the actual content adds up to much more than 30 mins (not counting ads)
Also the dl is pretty long (1.5 gigs at sony speed) and requires a 5 min install.
I mean for the cash they shoulda had at least 2 joysticks and a couple more shoulder buttons not to mention a decent sized grip attachment so it feels more like holding a controller duh
still the japs are buying them up like crazy and the games are insanely good....
