Yeah. The problem that they also put themselves in is that.. they've lost so many consumers to PS4 that any smart triple AAA developer would be foolish to put all their resources and effort into making a triple AAA game and only sell to the xbox market when they can easily make so much more money selling to PS4 market.. as a developer at this point.. it just wouldn't make sense financially..
I wouldn't put the onus on N4G. They simply approve articles that are game related.

Yeah, I don't know how I feel about this commercial.. I get the message but.. I would've liked if they showed some gaming characters or monsters to portray the "monsters" they mentioned. And that's coming from a Sony Fan Boy.. Though I was ecstatic when they made the Long Live Commercial.. cause they said my name at the end of it. I will always love that commercial. Thanks Sony!! If I am not mistaken, it is because it is still in pre-order status. No coupon codes are allowed for pre-orders on the PSN store. You have to wait until the game is officially launched and out of pre-order status. Then upon checkout you will have the option to input a coupon code. So it has nothing to do with your PS Plus subscription.

I think a vita 2 would only make sense if you could play your ps4 library at base ps4 graphics with no online connection required. remote play only works well if you have a good connection but I want to be able to play my ps4 library with out streaming. i had the vita and the lag and streaming from remote play was unplayable..
It has nothing to do with competition.. Most consoles to date have no profit made on it.. the profit comes mostly from software sales.. why would they need to invest billions into creating and distributing a new console when they can profit off the current software.. and like many others are saying.. the tech won't be a huge leap currently from a ps4 pro.. and if it is.. it will cost too much for the average consumer so it doesn't make sense. they will continue to sell a lot of PS4...
I'm curious to know how many people from xbox finally made the jump to PS4 because of this game.. I have to imagine it was a healthy number. Because let's be real.. you can't call yourself a "gamer" if you aren't playing the best games on the market.
So I watched a lot of content on this game.. I was really excited and will still pick this game up.. however from the gameinformer coverage as well as the interviews.. they stated there is only one writer on the game.. and based on the first hour of the game.. my biggest concern is the story/plot.. I don't think it will be great... at least based on what I've seen.. gameplay wise, should be fun but these new coverage videos has pose some concern for me..
This is the same situation as Dark Souls. People are always going to compare the most popular related and best franchises to any new game with similarities.. There's no point getting upset about it.. it's not going to stop.. In the future, hack and slash games will be compared to God of War.. Interactive movie games will be compared to detroit (if it does well).. etc etc.. who cares.. Make me a good game and you can compare it to anything cause it doesn't matter to me.
Yeah, this type of game doesn't appeal to a huge audience. I played the demo and I love the concept of androids. similar to westworld. So i'll be picking this up.. But I can see that this may not necessarily bode well with the average gamer.
It will sell well like sea of thieves because there's nothing else for xbox one owners to play...
