I can get a SSD that's the same capacity and 3x as fast for the same price as that proprietary crap Microsoft offers. There are already a half dozen drive that are certified for PS5 and there isn't a single Gen 4 drive that has failed.
I can figure out how to put toast in the toaster, so I'd rather have choice.
The SE lines of Apple phones are heavily subsidized. And their other phones as well are subsidized. It's not just the cost of the end product you have to consider. There is a lot of R&D keep in mind Apple not only makes their own chips they also have the fastest and most energy efficient chips on the market in the mobile sector, and it's not even close.
Don't just "I hate apple" this, look at it from a consumer's point of view, only Epic wins ...
That's just if, it's a smear campaign. You look at who the majority of the big names that are writing these articles, and it's all Microsoft affiliates. People who are getting free gear to review insider information and other backing from Microsoft like big ad campaigns on their web sites ect.
Give me a break, the only limitation is that an SSD be Gen 4. That's it. There is no Gen 4 SSD that isn't going to be fast enough, the old Sabrant Rockets which were one of the very first Gen 4 and now the slowest Gen 4 SSD's have been tested and work fine.
This is just the usual bash Sony b.s. we always see.
Sony did it right, they aren't using propritary crap, you can buy a PS5 SSD that is twice as fast and cheaper than the xbox SSD.

The quality of the microphone doesn't matter, it doesn't need to be able to hear all the sound ranges in just needs to be able to hear where the sound is coming from for calibration. All it needs is to be omnidirectional.
You don't understand what you're talking about, as usual.
First off, Sony has had 3D surround since PS3 and has had 3D audio support for USB headsets as well.
What Tempest is doing here is mapping out a 3D simulation for two speakers for things like a TV or a soundbar. this has never been done. And it's using the DS microphone to map out the user's location and the space in the room to simulate 3D.
