I miss gamers. Fanchildren (yep, said it) have managed to surprise me by hoping this game fails, while simultaneously hoping for it's sequel to grace Sony's platform. Sad...
Erase graphics off the comparison list... anyone designing a game for one console should beat out a multiplat, easily. The premise shown in Watch_Dogs interests me more than powers.
this video is fake. Look at the PC footage... it still says LB & RB (left bumper/right bumper) on the hud... wouldn't that be keyboard letters vs. console controller keys?
It doesn't need saving.
It's a handheld gaming device.
The expensive console has more features? What kind of world do we live in?!?!??
Halo over-hyped? Stop.
How is this a mixed message? It's odd to assume everyone who bought an XBox One did so for voice functionality. Some people may like the idea of a remote, which is why companies introduce peripherals... they're trying to make more money. Seriously... this is a thing?
I can't believe people have such an emotional investment in companies. "I want them to be stomped into the ground"? Pathetic doesn't even begin to describe.
"But there’s a difference between using even a burgeoning critic and a fan. Quoting a random positive tweet about your product from a guy not connected to the industry whatsoever is absolutely repugnant. It’s tricking millions of Americans by presenting a tweet as a valid opinion, especially when it’s sandwiched in with Forbes and Entertainment Weekly"
Tricking Americans? Good Lord, get a life immediately. If anyone on this earth believes a gaming console is truly t...
Good Lord, can they put out a trailer before we start asking where the excitement is? We have no idea what direction they're headed. I'd love it to be a Pendulum Wars prequel... it'd excite the hell out of me (and others that are curious about that storyline) but until then, "excitement" about unknown content is a perfect recipe for disappointment.
Enable ability to alter titan's exterior look, and it's perfect.
There's no argument to be had about this game's price tag. It has more replay value than that $60 SP you're willing to pay for, enabling users to get the most out of their purchase over a spanned period.
I said "who cares" back in 06 when Sony made a fake blog promoting the PSP, and I'll say it again in this instance. Nothing but "realizing your own preferences" should decide your purchase. Reading comments about fans feeling betrayed is so funny it has me weak. The day YouTube became a profitable hobby is the day companies saw an avenue capable of manipulation... just like your favorite athlete endorsing soda they'd never drink. Wake up gamers... you're precio...
true that. Hey, where do we submit our home addresses to receive our "we won" check from the company that we chose to support? Couldn't find the link.
Gawd, what is this obsession with sales? You got the system you preferred (maybe). The only winners are these companies that btw love that you're all feuding about their systems... you're unpaid marketers. Just enjoy your system, and be glad the market is thriving.
"That game sucked, but atleast it was pretty" said no one ever. Gameplay is king... it's the reason people are still playing aged titles online. Appreciation for graphics only last as long as the next visual offering, but great gameplay can never be replaced.
Wait... what's so ground breaking? Today, I can use my fios app to watch live & on-demand content on my tablet, smartphone & gaming console...plus record shows. This has less to do with Xbox and more to do with Cable providers, who are already ions ahead of this. Sony will have to sign deals with networks to bring live/OD tv to their hardware, and people think this will be included with PS+? lol
"I want a Kinect-less SKU", yet the PS4's Camera is sold out at most retailers and online. Nothing about the market screams to get rid of the Kinect if it's competing peripheral is doing so well. They've made up their mind, it seems...
....What do you mean "If they would've listened like this after their reveal"? They did listen... "24 hr check in" & "kinect required for console to work" were long gone before launch. Time to let go.
