They mean that Halo Reach is a game that has achieved the same status like Halo: CE, Halo 2 and Halo 3.
Halo CE and Halo 2 was one of the best looking games at their time.

Halo 2's online was frickin' awesome.
I'll get both but I do look forward to Kinect the most just because my girlfriend likes to play games where you have to use your body. (Wii Fit etc). I can't wait to see her shake it to dance central, lol.
