Gears has officially jumped to my top spot of my most wanted games of 2016. October is so long away still.
Great news that they are fully employ again and doing what they love. A big kudos for codemaster for snatching them up.
Evolution studio talents can now be fully unleased on PC. The rain effects expertise was one of the highlight of DC and no doubt they will make it more amazing on the next Dirt game.
Wow, can't wait for these guys to provide their graphical expertise from their outstanding work on Driveclub on PC racers now. Hype!!!
Dang....great work! Congrat Remedy and MS.
Also, Dirt Rally also did amazing as the runner up.
"It’s an impressive debut for the title beating launch week sales of 2012’s ‘Dirt Showdown’ by an impressive 197%"
UK sure loves their racers.
Dirt Rally is a great racer. You are missing out as it is a great racing game. Don't let a few less than stellar reviews detract you from it.
The best fighting game this gen, period!
Great trailer.DAY ONE for sure!!
Lol, you guys are something else. I had played The Original Ratchet and it took me around 12 hours to beat and this is supposed to be a Remake/remaster. My expectation going in is at least the length of gameplay to be around the same as the original game like almost every Remasters / remakes are these days. The fact that it is known that they took out things to shortened what was in the original is really disappointing to me. You can't compare to new games as those never have an original ...
@Bathyj,
"Well there you have it Overload, you know you're going over the top when Rookie is offering you mentorship in unbiasedness."
Not really seeing what you are trying to say, as I do and execute what I preach. Look no further than some of the samples I had posted.

Overload,
For comparison, Bloodborne finished second with zero game released on its launch week in the UK last year. So yea, I think Quantum Break did geat finishing first as Bloodborne seems to be great even though it finished in at second.
Give credit where credits are due dude and stop being a hater. I can be a great mentor and example of a guy that love a particular system over another but also give kudos and congrats to my secondary systems too. IF you ...
The Order 1886? :p
Congrat MS and Remedy. Greatly deserved.
@magiciandude,
Wow, if those Neogaf people that had played the game early are telling the truth, then it is a 1/2 hearted effort from Sony and Insomniac ...probably to crash in on the movie release.
The Original game was 11-12 hours. This is literally half that. :/ I said origianlly I would considerd buying it at full price after Uncharted 4 but looks like it might be until Black Friday before I pick this one up now. Bummer.
Wth Sony? You guys been g...
Can't wait. My xb1 is ready!
Just like Uncharted 4 that was announced long ago, the long wait is well worth it of Quantum Break. Definitely deserved to be 9/10 after my playthrough with it.
I am sure Uncharted 4 will be as well.
I just saw people that actually completed the game on Neogaf...and they said it is a 5-6 hours game and alot of things and contents were cut from the original game. Man, don't know how I am feeling about hearing that. Those 2 early reviews never mentioned that.
That is exactly how I felt. The question remains is since the video capture card built in the PS4 is said to be only up to 720p, is that the max resolution we can only expect for the PS4 as far as steaming goes?
I will at least play this with my PSVR later on this year to see what the fuss is about.
It works decent for me. For past pace games though, it still needs some work as the quality can be blocky and the screen refresh fails to catch up with streaming every few minutes or so.
So I imagine for Uncharted 4, single player campaign should work decent but for the 60fps mp mode, pretty much a no go at this point.
My Ps4 is hardwired to the router and my PC is streaming WiFi to it. This will hopefully improve in the future.
Same thing happens to games like SFV, which finished second on the all format chart on it's release week. It has zero competition on its release week and then proceeded to drop to 8th place in it's second week with the release of Far Cry Instinct. Dark Souls 3 will no doubt be number one as that is how it supposed to work just like a blockbuster summer movie will almost always get surplanted by another summer blockbuster the following week. Smh at some of the replies here. LoL
