This game is missing alot of other great shooters.. They leave out counter strike and half life but add two halos on the list. Nice

PS3's are selling like hot cakes. Might actually pass the 360 this year.
I gave it a chance and didn't enjoy it. So I made the switch to PS3.
I wouldn't rebuy a wii if it was $100. The games just don't interest me. I beat Galaxy 1, TP(which wasn't all that) and played Brawl competitively online and offline. Meaning I competed in tournaments for the game. But I didn't wanna be playing brawl for the rest of my life on the Wii. PS3's lineup appealed to me more and more while Wii's turned me off.
Millions? Over exaggerated much? PS3 only has around 25k players on average online everday. PC only has maybe 50-60k and 360 numbers are unknown. If you doubt my numbers, check out http://bfbcs.com/ which posts the pc and ps3 player count but the 360 one doesn't seem to be working.
As soon as I find a company with a similar product on the market with a failure rate like the 360, i'll get back to you.
Just because you don't like a game, doesn't mean there isn't anything coming out for the system.
Oh and multiplatform games do exist you know. Bad Company 2, ModNation Racers, Super Street Fighter 4, Red Dead and more should be enough to hold you out until the year is over..Unless of course you have those games on another platform.

Why would your friends purchase a PS3 if they don't plan on gaming on it though..? Depending on when they got it, they could have purchased a stand alone Blu Ray Player for much cheaper if that's all they wanted. Not bashing their decision, but it would have saved them some money.
For the past 2 years or so, PS3 hasn't been the cheapest option for blu ray movies. Heck today you can pick up a stand alone player for 90 bucks.
